Returns & Exchanges

At Jeff Hamilton Shop, we strive for perfection in every handcrafted piece, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
